First time purchasing a CPAP?

Is prescription required?

If purchasing a CPAP Machine, yes, we do need a prescription which you can email directly to: info@canadiancpapsupplies.com upon check-out. For CPAP Accessories, no prescription is required.

What types of payment do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards: VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal.

 Where are you located?

We are a Canadian based store that sells only online.

 Where do you ship?

We only ship within Canada.

 Do you have financing options?

As of now, we do not offer financing.

 Will my insurance company reimburse my online purchase?

Customer’s insurance policies will vary. Please contact your insurance provider regarding what they will and won’t cover.

 I just placed my order, what will happen next?

Please expect a confirmation email from one of our staff within 1-2 business days. Shipping confirmation with the tracking number will be sent to you after 2-5 business days.

 How quickly will my order be shipped and when should I expect to receive it?

We will have your order shipped in 2-5 business days after your order is placed, depending on your shipping method, you will receive your order in 7-10 business days.

 Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

 How often should my machine be replaced?

Your machine should last 5-7 years. Most insurance companies allow you to replace your machine every 5 years with a new prescription

 What is the recommended renewal schedule for CPAP and accessories?

We recommend that you replace parts of your CPAP machine regularly. Your CPAP machine will contain an air filter – check your owner’s manual for the replacement timeline specific to your machine. The hose, headgear and mask should be replaced every 6 months per year, or once/ year depending on the wear. The machine itself will need to be replaced about every 5 years.
